Welcome to 88th Stirling

The 88th Stirling (Braehead) Scout Group have been working as part of the community since 1974. The Scout Group is the only co-educational youth group based in Braehead, serving the communities of Braehead, Broomridge and Bannockburn as well as the villages of Cowie, Fallin and Plean.

Here at the 88th Stirling Scout Group we deliver an exciting programme to around 90 young people aged between 6 and 14years helping them to develop skills for life, comprising of teamwork, social, and survival skills included in fun activities like Camping, Geocaching, Canoeing, Climbing, Archery and much more!

Adult volunteers

The Scouts award-winning training scheme for volunteers means that adults get as much from Scouts as young people.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
