Remembrance Day 2020

Date: 7th Nov 2020 Author: David Cowie

“We will remember them”

At the 88th Stirling, we normally emphasis the significance of Remembrance Sunday by attending the church service and taking part in the parade with veterans and all other community groups, paying our respects and gratitude to the fallen by laying wreaths at the cenotaph. Its an incredibly important cause that we support strongly every year.

However,  due to the current global pandemic we at the 88th didn’t want an event that we normally mark with such importance going past without our continued support, so we have put together a small collage of our member’s within the scout group to show our support for not only our veterans but those that are also currently serving in our armed forces here and overseas today.
