WW1 100 Years on

Members of the 88th Scout Group took part in the Annual remembrance day celebrations in the city.

 

Fears that the fallen from that war had been forgotten were washed away on Sunday when hundreds turned out in heavy rain to remember the city’s war dead and mark the 100th anniversary of the Armistice.  Some observers said the numbers at Stirling’s Cenotaph were the highest for years.
