A Different End To The Term

The effects of COVID-19 are still being felt across the world and not just in the Scouting community. However here at 88th Stirling (Braehead) group our leaders have shown that Scouting can still be fun and continue, dispite the lockdown imposed through this pandemic. As a group we have adapted using the modern technology available to us. We have had zoom water fights, run quizzes and challenges and completed countless amounts of badge work with the help of OSM Badge’s at Home feature.

As a Scout Group we are very lucky with the leaders we have being able to adapt and still offer a flexible and exciting programme to our members. So we would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all volunteers from our leaders to all our Executive Committee members who have ensured that we can continue to operate through these difficult times.
