We’re celebrating volunteer success at the 88th!
Pamela (Bagheera) from our Cub Pack and Phil from our Scout Troop have both been awarded their Silver Acorn. This is one of the highest awards an adult volunteer can receive and is only awarded in recognition of service which is ‘specially distinguished and appreciably better than outstanding’. This epitomises the commitment and service both Phil and Pamela have given not just to the 88th but also to Scouting at a District, Region, National and International level over many years. Well done to them both!
Our adult volunteers are the back bone of our Group and we are grateful for the commitment of each and everyone of them!
